CATS - R - US
are appealing for help, we need funds and food to enable us to continue
caring for our sanctuary cats. We receive no funding or grants from anywhere
and rely entirely on the support of members of the public.
CATS - R - US is sanctuary to over 20 cats, these cats are the ones which over
the 5 yrs that CATS - R - US was a registered charity rehoming centre were left
behind as other cats got rehomed.
As time went on and we were left with an ever increasing number of problem
cats, we had to cease operating as a rehoming facility, and concentrate on
providing these cats with a secure sanctuary for the rest of their lives.
The old, the feral, those with medical problems the ones no one wanted, there
are lots of cats looking for homes in our area and people tend to want the
healthy young lap cats not these problem ones.
After being overlooked for so long theses cats have formed attachments with
each other and we at CATS - R - US feel they deserve to be able to live out the
rest of their lives in a secure and permanent sanctuary.
We do still actively seek homes for cats which members of the public approach
us to help with but unfortunately due to space restrictions and lack of funds
we can not physically take into care any more than the occasional special case.
Please help us to continue providing for these cats, donations can be sent to:
